If you plan to install an aftermarket wheel, or just have SRS Airbag flashing issues from clockspring removals, you can add this little module to cancel the light. This may not fix a faulty airbag system, it is designed to be used for an aftermarket steering wheel install.

 
There are different sensors for different year cars. Installing is very easy, just plug it into the correct plug and tuck it away. This is a must for any Miata modder!

1990-1993 (1.6L NA6) – DRIVER’S SIDE
This is the first generation Miata. The American cars only came equipped with a Driver’s Side airbag. This defeat is perfect for you. Just install it and be ready to hit the track with your roadster without the annoying airbag flashing light.

1994-1997 (1.8L NA8) – DRIVER’S SIDE 
The 1.8 Miata had received a slight interior change. A passenger air bag was added and the dash got wrapped with a vinyl coating to help it last throughout the years. Make sure you specify your year!
1999-2005 (1.8L NB) – DRIVER’S SIDE 
The NB 1.8 Miata received a totally new dash, steering wheel and airbag system. Please specify your year!
