This is a genuine Mazda part. This part is to be replaced every time you do your timing belt. A lot of people don’t keep up with this part which can cause play on your crank.
1991(SPLIT YEAR, The 2nd half of production is LONG NOSE CRANK).
*this will not fit Short Nose Crank (SNC). If your car is a 1991, count the number of slots on your crank pulley. If it has 4, it is SNC, if it has 8, it is LNC

This true straight shot clutch line is vinyl sheathed braided stainless steel hosing from the same manufacturer as Stop Tech. We got these specially made to our specs for the Mazda Miata. Its the ONLY true straight shot clutch line.
Many other “clutch line kits” just replace the soft hose segment or other parts. There are even hose kits out there that use multi adapters and conversion fittings to make it work on your car(universal style)
Check out the close up pictures and see the fittings go straight onto the clutch slave and master with NO NEED for more adapters or “customization” fittings.

Many people will start to see cracks on this hose when they look close. Sometimes pulling out the PCV will require you to replace this hose. This is a genuine Mazda part. Many people(even some mechanics) are not aware this adjuster exists. A lot of people BREAK or DAMAGE this part by not doing their brakes correctly. There is a “cap” that seals this from plain view. The cap is a regular bolt looking cover.
The correct way to set your hand brake is to snug this adjuster to where it barely starts to slow down/stop the rotor and turn it back 1/4 turn.
